Bureaucracy. I hope I spelled it right (~__~)

I address this once before but I guess I’ll talk about it again.

Surely something that would take at most 2 weeks won’t be extending until 3 months.

I mean it’s just a signature while the one who will be preparing all the documents were us. A stupid signature of you approving that we are allowed to do our research here and there. I mean even the proposal to the ministry of health only took less than 24 hours for them to approve our research. But this particular office wants us to wait for a month and maybe more than that. How long does it have to take to just pick up the documents from the clerk table and bring it to the boss, ask him to review and then sign it?

Seriously, you suck more than I do.

I don’t have time for this.
