Tak Malu

The problem with Customer Services; they just don't care about your problem until you come to their table and smash their faces with a nice cold pepsi. Oh you should see his face when I pour the nice cold water right to his face.

They just don't care unless you came with a title in front of your name. They just don't care until you threaten to make a demonstration in front of their office with colourful posters and banners. They just don't care as long as they woke up in time for work and get their ass out of the office in time too after work. Stupid bureaucracy.

I waited for almost three months to get this shit repaired and you only came and check for our problem after hundreds of reports and after we came to your desk and confront the big boss ourself!!
"Aku bayar mahal-mahal tiap-tiap bulan! Ingat aku ni tunggul ke?!"
"Aku buat report hari-hari! Ingat aku ni bodoh sangat ke tak tau macam mana service korang tu!!"

Anyway, credit to Mr Farouk for coming to our house and check out our problems. It needs the boss himself to "turun padang" and settle the problems which arose another question; what's the use of workers anyway if the boss had to settle things on their own? Makan gaji buta ka? Korang keje buat apa ha? Potong kuku?! Tak kan suma bende boss kene buat kot!! Tak malu punya pekerja!!!

*****

Sometimes I just don't get it. If someone is standing for what he believes in, then he should confront us all and settle this once and for all. No need to stick a needle up my butt and talk crap behind us.

We don't need that kind of people. If you really think that you are standing for justice then just tell it to our faces. I mind if you think that I'm wrong but yet you never had the guts to tell me that. I mind if someone so chicken and coward that he blackmailed me using my own name making it looks like I'm the one who did it. Selfish bastards! Don't think i don't know its you because I know your IP. I know it's you all along, Dammit!!

If you happen to read this. I want you to know that yeah, maybe you are right, but at least i don't pretend to be someone I am not. And maybe I'm not as good as you, but who are you to judge me of who I am and who I am not?

Until we settle it mano a mano, this thing ain't gonna solved itself. Don't be like this monkey:
Enough said.

*Sorry la byk mencarut plak.

A Journey to Remember

the team

a view of kampung sungai tiang
A great experience! Hutan Belum is one of the oldest rainforest in the world. Scenery views that you wish you'd seen it yourself. I don't think I can write everything in this post, so I'll just cut it short okay?!
I must say, this journey is totally amazing. The scenery, the people, the flora, the fauna, all offers a lot of surprises to anyone who come to this place. It's just so beautiful.

Although we were tested with lots of drawbacks, our activities still went well. Some of our activities were medical check-up, program 'anak angkat', sports, sukaneka, talent-time, clothes distribution, and much more. Most of the activities were held by the volunteers ourselves except the cooking part where the staffs from Jabatan Agama Islam Perak sent their own team to cook assisted by the volunteers. My role for this team is as the photographer. Equipped with Razi's camera, I took about 800 shots for the whole program. I will not be present on most of the photos of course since I was the only cameraman around. Sigh.

We stay in kampung sungai Tiang for the whole 3 nights. A lot of activities were held in there. The villagers here has already been exposed to technology. Each of their house were equipped with solar energy unlike villages at Sungai Kejar. Although equipped with solar energy, the villagers still depends on the river as their source of water. There were takraw courts, library, schools, surau and also 2 guest houses available here. The people here were also nice and welcomes us as their guests. Orang asli in this village were from suku kaum Jahai. I learn a few of their words in order to communicate with them easily.

On Sunday, a small team was formed for an expedition to go deeper into the forest using a boat and visit kampung sungai kejar Hulu and kampung sungai Kejar Hilir. The small team including myself as the photographer went for our journey in the morning and went back to our main camp at 5 pm. We brought along some medicine to be distributed among the orang asli there.

Compare to kampung sungai Tiang, there were no facilities at all at kampung sungai Kejar. They were not as welcoming as villagers at kampung sungai Tiang and instead they just let their dogs to chase us away. We managed to visit 3 villages and observe the surroundings. Apparently the other villages do not have facilities unlike kampung sungai Tiang. They still believe in their old culture and belief and only lives among themselves.

The whole 4 days there is certainly a memorable one for me and also to the other volunteers. There were a lot more to say about this experience but it will take a long time so, I'll just cut short and present to you all with all this photos. Enjoy!!

The Journey Awaits! Royal Belum

Hi.
Going offline for a while since I'm going to Tasek Banding, Royal Belum this coming Friday. Not the luxurious resort mind you. It's deeper inside in Hutan Belum where we need permits to enter. Can't wait to go there. This will be one journey to be remember.  LubDub. LubDub. Palpitation.
Photobucket
We will be organizing a health clinic and some activity for the 'orang asli' there. The challenge is that we will provide food for about 400 orang asli there thanks to Jabatan Agama Islam Perak (JAIP) for their sponsor. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and maybe supper. Yes. All 30 of us volunteers will take turns cooking for them. Thanks Jabatan Orang Asli too for their boats. There are two villages there that will be on the list of our visits. They have a very strong tribe spirit and would not compromised any one from the other village.
My task in this group is to organize some activities for them especially the kids there. I made some research already about kampung sungai Tiang, and there seems to be a lot of children since one couple will have like more than 6 children. This will be one big task for me.
The site where we will conduct our activity will be kampung sungai Tiang and kampung sungai Kejar. This place is very remote and far away from civilization. No electricity, no clean water and we will have to depend on water from the river and our torchlight. Will have to apply the insect repellant. And no line coverage for handphone of course. I heard that sungai Kejar is so remote almost near to Thailand that the people there have a tendency to 'sumpit' any outsiders coming to their territory. I hope I'm immune to any poison they have. Huhu. Apocalypto!
Hope this activity will goes smoothly. All wells end wells. Ameen. I'm not really experienced in organizing such activities like this, so I hope this will provide me with a great experience for myself. And I hope I will not be a burden to the other volunteers too. Pray for our safety and the success of this trip okay?
Will be updating more about this activity later, InsyaAllah.
Goodbye and take care everyone.
